I ordered Mutton Biryani and the staff said they could keep it ready in 30mins. Since I love the NJ branch so much I wanted to give the tampa location a second chance so visited them this JUNE and guess what the odor was still there so I just ordered take out (although I kept thinking I should not, BAD IDEA!). We decided to not get food there because of our concerns. The first time I visited in Dec of 2014 my family and I had to walk out because of a strong Drain, plumbing and Sewer odor. 2 hours to go to this Tampa branch to get Biriyani. Please do not go there if you don't want to get SICK. I would not suggest this restaurant to anyone. This is the worst indian restaurant I have ever been too.
The lamb vindaloo was full of tender chunks of lamb that had the exact level of spiciness I was hoping for-I like heat! We also shared an order of aloo gobhi which was full of flavor and fresh cauliflower. The chickpeas and sauce in the chana masala complemented each other with just the right bite. For the entrees, the chana masala and lamb vindaloo were both outstanding and accompanied with perfectly cooked basmati rice and garlic naan. We also had pakora which was quite tasty. We started with veg samosas which were perfectly crisp on the outside with a delicious filling. Everything was still fresh and warm when it arrived. We were able to preorder for a specific time the food arrived right on time and was wrapped and packed perfectly to avoid spills. delicious.ĭue to the ongoing COVID-19 protocols, their dining room is still closed, so we ordered through Grubhub. The food we ordered for this special occasion was particularly. We have ordered food from Paradise Biryani Pointe several times over the years as one of our top three favorite Indian restaurants.
